Vanitas
A night at Vanitas provides the ultimate luxurious fine dining experience. Overlooking the beautiful 65m lagoon pool, Vanitas caters for up to 60 guests, and is open for dinner Tuesday to Saturday. Vie Bar + Restaurant
Ultra modern décor, cutting edge cuisine and five-star service have made Vie Bar + Restaurant one of the Gold Coast's most popular restaurants. The café-style restaurant's chic minimalist design features an extensive marble and stainless steel bar area and modern deco furniture. It is an idyllic setting, with unparalleled views across the Broadwater. The menu, which changes approximately every 6 weeks, features modern cuisine at a reasonable price. There is an extensive range of wines available and service is first-class.
Il Barocco Restaurant
Il Barocco is stylish, elegant and relaxed. The restaurant overlooks the lagoon swimming pool and is open for breakfast (buffet), lunch (à la carte) and dinner (buffet and à la carte) 7 days a week. Of a Sunday, a delicious seafood buffet lunch is also available. Contemporary and classical dishes are served in an elegantly informal setting.
